These Five things NEVER Put On Your Face

 You may be surprised that there are certain things that you may think are good for your face. I help health-conscious women over 30 look their best by teaching them a holistic approach to health and beauty and today I'm gonna go over with you my five top things that you should never put on your face and I bet you're gonna be surprised as some of the things that I have on my top five list of things to avoid on your face well let's start.

1-Bar Soap


    I'm a guy you know I have applied I've used bar soap to cleanse the skin of my face countless times like most other men and probably most other women but bar soap is not good to wash your face with bar soap is very drying to your skin and it often contains sodium lauryl sulfate now this is a substance that causes the soap to lather really well because we like lathering don't we well, unfortunately, that same lathering substance can really really dry your skin so use bar soap on your body if you want but keep it away from your face well. 

2-Petroleum Jelly


 you may have had it applied by your mother or your grandmother onto your face or your lips and it was seen and has been seen for a long time as the ultimate natural moisturizer well take a look at what it is jelly isn't so bad but petroleum it was actually discovered at the bottom of basically petroleum barrels and this is where it comes from and this is not good for your skin it can also clog your pores it's very occlusive so if you've got any history of any type of acne not good to put on your skin so stay away from petroleum jelly honestly over your whole body there are some natural ones made of beeswax that I would go with instead of petroleum.

3-Body moisturizer 



 body moisturizer is great for your body but not so great for your face and like petroleum jelly body moisturizer can clog your pores it can cause you to break out now you can go to the store and you can buy body moisturizer in these big bottles for just a few dollars as long as it doesn't contain harmful ingredients with enforcement which unfortunately a lot of them do then it's not a bad idea to use that for your body but for your face stick with a good facial moisturizer, we have one in my line Yoon Beauty which is made with natural organic ingredients called the calming antioxidant moisturizer it's a great moisturizer for your face does not clog your pores and has antioxidants in it so use a moisturizer like that one made for your face, not one made for your body. 

4- Rubbing alcohol

 


 Now astringent you may have heard of that or toners often contain alcohol in it and it gives this same feeling as rubbing alcohol on your skin and that feeling basically is a nice clean squeaky-clean colder type of a feel and it feels good to put it on your skin but what it does basically is it rubs off all of the oils of your skin and there are people who have real oily skin they have acne issues excess sebum and they think that using rubbing alcohol orastringent can get rid of that oil but what happens is is it gets rid of the oil temporarily but then your skin realizes that it's missing oil and it creates even more oil in response and so what can happen is you can get into this vicious cycle where if you've got oily skin and you're using rubbing alcohol or astringent sort owners with alcohol that your skin actually gets more and more oily so stay away from it interestingly enough a lot of people have oily skin do really well with oil cleansing cleansing your skin with oils and that's something we're gonna cover in a different blog so stay away from rubbing alcohol stay away from astringent sand toners that are filled with alcohol as well.  

5-sperm facials




That are very popular people literally sell sperm facials for hundreds and hundreds of dollars and there is this belief that applying SEMA more sperm basically to your skin is actually good for it well the reality is probably pretty far from that people say well because it contains antioxidants it's good for the skin I mean marginally but we really haven't tested just how much antioxidants are in that the other thing is that people say well it contains a lot of protein well meat contains a lot of protein as well and and we don't necessarily apply meat to our skin do we and the other thing with semen and sperm basically is that it contains often well sometimes I guess depending on the company that you keep it can contain sexually transmitted diseases and so chlamydia of your eye is not so fun so this is something it's kind of funny once again there are places that have these types of facials but it's not necessarily something that I would use as a beauty product so I hope that this has been educational for you. 


FROZEN FRENCH FRIES IN THE AIR FRYER


 Hi, today I'm going to share with you how easy it is to make frozen french fries in your air fryer. So while its long-lasting demi is a much milder product than permanent because one it uses a low volume developer and two it`s ammonia-free now how does it work when applied to the hair demi-permanent color opens the cuticle layer slightly so the undeveloped molecules of new color can penetrate the cuticle and then partway into the cortex once inside they react with the hydrogen peroxide in the developer as the molecules are developed into the color you actually see they grow in size until they`re too large to escape back through the cuticle protects the cortex where the hair color correct and healthy hair with a closed but not super tight cuticle is normal this is what hair color manufacturers based their products performance claims and instructions on normal porosity but an overly porous open maybe even damaged cuticle means that the cortex is exposed color will be absorbed fast on the other hand a very non porous resistant cuticle has a hard time accepting new color it`ll take longer to process so either way you have to make adjustments well that makes X can lift up to three or four levels and there are some high lift shades that can even lighten color up to five levels or more when permanent hair colors used to lift and deposit that adds a step to the chemical process it`s the reaction between the hydrogen peroxide and the developer and the ammonia and the color product that causes lift this reaction happens inside the cortex to disperse and dissolve as much of the hairs natural pigment as necessary to achieve the targeted level of lift then the reaction between the peroxide and the molecules of new color kicks in to develop and deposit them texture is a way to describe the thickness of each individual hair strand fine average or coarse density refers to how much hair a person has is it a thick or thin head of hair another characteristic of hair structure is elasticity the hairs ability to stretch and return to its original length without breaking and finally there`s porosity porosity is a characteristic of the outer cuticle layer is it smooth and nonporous or is it porous with openings that expose the cortex these four characteristics make up the hair structure.

Natural Fat loss


 Since the beginning of the fall and winter seasons, I have noticed that my skin is shedding more quickly; worse deterioration than last winter. A few weeks ago, my thirty-five and thirty-five-year-old self was diagnosed with premature cracking of the mucous membranes of the skin of the buttocks, the peats. The result was flawless skin on all surfaces of my abdomen, back, and thighs of my body; hence the sudden appearance without aging with very young-looking skin. I am not an anti-aging agent, but when this type of occurrence occurs in a relatively young person, it gives me a lot of alarm. This new aging not only alarms me but also worries those who are genetically predisposed. You may have wondered how the skin of young people, especially those with natural hair, looks younger than the winter body of an adult at 37 years old. That is why I am interested in what happens to the skin when young people's skin is constantly exposed to the scorching sun. Many people are concerned about this issue. I will conduct a study of more than 3,200 women in the 2055 age category from a region of the  American sunbelt where ultraviolet (UV) lighting is common. However, the study will include a preliminary analysis of the tanning of the skin of people with natural hair. 

 Based on the skin analysis results, possible causes of a significantly younger complexion than expected will be determined. What interests me especially is the skin of people whose skin has been exposed to the sun's ultraviolet rays during the day.it would be a very interesting way to see how the skin of older women would change after prolonged skin burns. This would be an important study to be carried out specifically for young and old but above all a study of future relevance for future generations. A comprehensive skin examination study is unlikely to be performed in an environment as thick as youthful skin without initial knowledge of dermatology. These research priorities are suggested and highlighted as a follow-up question for future research: 

 Frequency of early onset of youthful smooth skin whitening and aging or onset of mature youthful aging? 

 The incidence of dermatitis, either with an abnormal dermatological phenotype or of different quality? 

 Normal causes,  perceived normal causes,  nature of dermatitis, and pathogen etiology. How is the likelihood of spontaneous skin bleaching or aging triggered? 

 Skin maturity and skin behavior at age 2040: fine, fragrant skin, lively texture, red, pink, yellow, light brown, and almost tender skin on all surfaces. 

 What is the quality of the dermis at 10-15 years of age in an adolescent adult from a generalized set of photos and/or video clips? 

 How often and how often does skin whitening occur in mothers, if it is of juvenile origin? 

 How often and how often do pigment spots and pigment spots occur in mothers? 

 Can this pigmentation also be found in the pigmentation of the face with brown or violet degrees? 

 The skin exam examines a wide range of topics, ranging from ointments and treatments for burns, plasters for skin and freshly embedded skin, additional skin treatments to applying UV hair to the hair. Short-sighted Wisdom Let me tell you that protecting your skin is important. After a certain age, there is no longer any effect of winter cold on the skin. The sun never rises; on a summer day, the skin burns much more on these summer days. I have spent over seven years tanning my skin and it has never been endorsed by cosmetics and skin protection products. IT WAS RELATIVELY GOOD NEWS when I saw my physical manifestation of early and extreme aging three weeks ago. However, due to my fortune in 2055, I have a lot to do to bring my youthful appearance to a relatively young age. Aging is normal enough for all skin tones to be white because the lights are stronger. Ms health and fitness



Although I like to think about my family while I'm out exercising, often considering my future career, and bringing up my children, my mind is being kept occupied with my internal processes of running, walking, changing up my lifestyle, and striving to stay in peak physical health.

With each step I​ Take, I vow to do so more often.

I stopped being a very inactive person several years ago, even though I'm constantly active. I was seeing health benefits including having good blood pressure and the number of fat cells falling.

However, I didn't stop engaging in physical activity because I wanted to be thin, but rather I wanted to be the best version of myself and present myself as the kind of person I want to be one day. From this point forward, I became more aware of the impact that I could have on others.

As I was loving hiking, running, and taking my dog for runs in the park, my husband asked for an overall picture of my lifestyle.

He wasn't interested in making me change my lifestyle. From his perspective, I wasn't active enough—after all, many other people are active much more than me.

He even let me go on a walking diet.

I learned a lot about myself and myself—what helped me be more active, what made me drive myself to the gym, and what I needed to work on to do better.

Within a week of lifting weights and walking, I was hooked!

I even asked my husband for recommendations when it came to cardio because I had a hard time getting to the gym. He said, "Sure!"

The energy helps me go off on any type of adventure—I love to explore, learn, and try new things! I still love to make new friends, be in nature, find myself in new situations and increase my creativity.

I was that guy for my kids who were fun, supportive, fun, and generous, so I told my kids what kind of active dad I wanted to be. I made sure to keep up the workout—maybe a little slower than my older brother.

I thought that I was done exercising, especially now that I'm approaching 50, but I was just getting started. I wanted to continue running, hula hooping and hiking.

Because, in all honesty, once I got into it, I'm even more excited to improve.

I went on going on walks and hikes, skiing, swimming, and hiking. I also put on my swimming shoes.

After my friend's husband put on a Spinal Tap music video, I gave my music playlist a spin and took my walk. Every time I stopped, I kept on. I never once wore headphones.

If I'm going down, I'm going down on my own terms.

When I started being active, it changed my life. I changed my eating habits so I couldn't think about what type of food I would love.

I am now getting to the point where I can eat the food I want, no one telling me I shouldn't eat healthily. I love food, I ate my body, I enjoyed eating in nature, and I enjoy exercising.

Anytime you have too much food in your system, you are starving your body. With quality food, if you're energized, you're smiling.

When you eat food that is aligned with your caloric needs, your body has excess energy.

Before, I wouldn't have a strong relationship with my health, either. I eat my body. I didn't always understand the importance of having a healthy lifestyle, but now I'm learning.

Over time, as my physical health improved, so did my mental health.

I'm learning to understand that the physical world only comes to me once a day, I can't fake it. I'm also learning that you need to listen to your body and do as needed, we need to do what's good for us.

I couldn't wait to step out into the world and take a chance on trying new things, but now I am becoming a trend-saver.

My husband and I are also comfortable with our bodies and health. Our cultural outlook is much healthier than our average wife and husband. We have a positive outlook for our kids' futures because of our physical health.

Our health is a joyful place to be.

 Today I am worn out on and reviewing the SFP one zero two indoor cycles from sunny health and fitness and let's get to the review so this is just a really good-looking bike I like the black frame it's a heavy steel frame and I think it goes really well with the red touches like on the flywheel and on the wheels, from moving around and on the knob set really kind of sets it apart and this side, there is a water bottle holder on the front fork it is screwed in here nice aluminum the entire drive is protected back here inside of this so the belt drive.I know you need yeah the bike has a really solid feel it just is especially with that heavy flywheel 49 pounds is it's a really a nice heavy flywheel which gives it stability when you're getting that momentum going handlebars feel really good they've got that nice grippy texture and a lot of different ways you kind of sit and get into your pedal and you're working out hard this is again way to adjust the seizure it's time for Justin table this way you know I'm down if you need to slide this forward just slide it that way or back you need to kind of have a little more room for your legs in that direction and then up and down depending on you know how long your legs bring it up and down this is the I believe five is the max height but I have long legs so that's why I usually go with pedals are really very sturdy they've got grips on there to keep your feet on there and of course the toe toe notches in there get your whole foot in there you know you never got one anywhere and of course reflectors okay somebody's coming up high you fast they'll see you while you're indoors you know by yourself that's about it you know if you are going to use this for adjusting the tension on the flywheel to increase the challenge the difficulty of your workout for reducing and when this was prettyclearplus a - isn't this and this is the adjustment knob for bringing the handlebars up and down I've got this at the highest height right here but you can bring it down to you know just aboutall the way down there you see the front wheels I'll show how that moves around the SEC and the use ofit alright moving the bike around is really easy so basically you're just gonna hold the ball the handles here and you put your foot here so it just tips then you get onto those beetles there you go moving around so it stuff like that it's really easy to maneuver bring it to where you want it put there bring it down gently that's it alright so once the bikes. it's ready to go so basically just kind of hope in the saddle here get your feet into those toe bolts huh come on in there see if you need to adjust the toe holds at all get the pedals right you crank that down a little bit and that's it at this point you can see if you adjust the handlebars correctly to your height and a seat when I seat around there the height right now this is really comfortable for everyone it's feeling good and adjust the tension right here feel here it tightened down a bit as attention comes off. I had a bottle of water and grab it down here I don't that's about it this is a really solid bike at a really affordable price right now it's around 300 bucks onAmazon Prime delivery and again easy to  assemble so let's see why this is a very popular bike and if you guys can hear this right now better I have almost all the tension is alright there's no tension no resistance on the flywheel so really there's almost no sound except the  rotation a little bit but that's that develop drive that's the belt that is not touching metal like a chain would those bolts are quiet when you add some tension and of course it's gonna put that with a brake on to the flywheel and that attention that you need to have a good workout and have that resistance but you know if you got music on you're not gonna notice that at all but it's just nice that that's not the belt isn't adding more noise so that's it that is the SF b100 - indoor cycle from sunny alpha Fitness I'd say this is a really great buy for around $300 maybe$400 you're getting a super solid bikesuper solid steel fight this nice blackcolor it's very stable and very sturdy 49 pounds Y wheel which is nice and I'mon the higher end of weight so it gives a nice momentum would you get going the belt drive course which is nice and quiet and smooth great handlebars with a nice grip sort of finish that soft finish pedals high-quality they're gonna do do you well and of course, there's a bottle holder on the other side adjustable in every you know direction you need for the seats uncomfortable seat by the way and the handlebars adjustable as well for going up and down so I'd say overall this is a really really good deal you know from sunny health and fitness just kind of shows that you don't need you to know something necessarily with a computer to get a great workout I mean this is gonna give you an excellent workout and it's gonna last a long time - you can just tell from the reviews that people give and from just the feel of it, this is a sturdy well-made piece of fitness equipment so highly recommended read this blog.Thank you

Role of a Teacher in Society


In my opinion, the teacher is known as the spiritual father in religion and society. The teacher is a crucial personality who plays a key role in the development and success of a nation. It is sad to mention that despite our religious emphasis on the value and respect of teachers, we do not respect our teachers a little sad because almost all of my other friends are not that active with me. Good relaxation


There’s a saying that you can’t tell the difference between heaven and hell, and while I’ve never heard one of the good or bad out of my lips, I have heard people much smarter and more worldly than me saying that they do. If you’re on the phone or under long email threads of the negative, it can start to sound like the world is slowly but surely going off the rails.


What’s so fascinating about it, is that the very reasons you’re concerned about the world are just inherent concerns that you’re bringing up about the very things that you need to take care of. This is why I believe that everything and anyone and anything can be explained when you discover why it’s happening. Just because you don’t “feel it” doesn’t mean that it won’t be the first thing you do to slow down your tendency of alienating yourself.


Though I know some people will be filled with pessimism about what change will bring, what they need to realize is that change isn’t something they should never let happen, but if anything this change will make life easier. It’s happened before, and you’re always in the process of becoming healthier and finding the answers to your intractable question of what makes you happy. To turn things around and become a more positive person, you need to be willing to accept what’s right before you hit the rock bottom of despair, despair, and pain. There isn’t going to be a guy standing there a month from now, saying “You have finally answered my question, I found the answer to why it happened, and now we can change the world.”


Work yourself into this mindset. Know that this is when you feel the relief of knowing that you have finally realized what it is and that you have found a direction towards change. That desire to be changed has already started, and now it can be taken to the next level and realized.


There’s no looking back after this change of perspective.

These are the questions I encounter frequently when asked the question of “life is happy”. In my professional life and my life overall, I found that happiness in an environment is often tied directly to my personal beliefs about well-being and the good in life.


But how can one find happiness in their current life? The first step that usually happens to me, when I ask myself this question, is usually to ask myself whether I like my current life or not.


For me, being happy in my current job is a perfect example of finding happiness in my current life. I will have no second thoughts about my job. The only qualification that I have is that I have a Ph.D. This doesn’t validate that I need to have this level of qualification to achieve happiness, but I never take anything away from what I can achieve in life.


If I had not been accepted into a research program offered by the Queen Mary University of London, I would have never contemplated whether this was the right job for me or not. My experience while studying at the University has also made me much happier than I am in my everyday life. While I continue to enjoy my job, I am convinced that it is easy for me to bring more joy to life when I have found my passion.

Get up at 5 am


 

Over the past couple of years, I started waking up at 6.30 am. Yes, I get it. Where’s the “hunch of a man”, right? My genes are telling me this. And so, now if it takes me 7 months to get to bed at 7.30, I’ll get there. And then some. It glistens with the strength of the sky. I look at the stars. It’s all I see. It’s the only time when I have to force myself into a seemingly constant state of sleep. All the rest is merely a formality.

But waking up so early is a really good morning body routine. Not only is it hard to resist falling into bed first thing, but also, naturally, after an intense morning, it feels so good to stir me up with the light.

It gives me a rise. Some people might throw up their breakfast. For me, it makes me feel the most alive and alert, even though I do my best to not go so deep in bed.

So, if you’re not a morning person or not well-versed in the various benefits of early morning, wake up early. Maybe your life is too predictable for you to follow an actual ritual, but it’s good to get to wherever you are the first thing. I don’t even own my clothes in the morning. So I can sleep like a turtle. No more giving me heartbroken moods and a ruckus stomach.

So, I’m up before my commute, doing a bit of yoga at home, getting through 5 hours of meditation to clear my head, and then rising with the rest of my body at 7.30 am. I’m at work at 9 am. That’s a pretty good habit of at-home retreats. And so, in no time at all, I’m already nearly 6 months into my morning routines.

One thing I was conscious of at first was not being able to wake up my partners. I heard stories about how your general mood is so high, you might wake up the person that you’re sleeping with. That’s not necessarily what I’m doing.

The thing is, whenever I wake up, I’m positive. It has some positive, calming benefits. If you get in a rut of feeling sad, those mornings can be the only days when you feel like you’re going to be productive. They’re the only days that you can’t get caught up in the snooze button.

So, maybe wake up earlier to feel that just a tiny fraction of your sense of productivity is up. Maybe I’m overdoing it a little, but it’s worth it in the end. Waking up early gives you more energy to hit your morning at 7.30 am. That’s why so many people still feel good and positive afterward? Because, in the morning, you’re feeling good. You’re not just reading off your to-do list. You’re feeling good about yourself.

Or maybe a piece of news, that's a fictional story?


If the person reading this gets a shiver down their spine at reading this, then they do well to keep reading.


The point that I'm writing in this article isn't to give you advice for picking out a set of activities and exercises to look your best.


But I do hope that at the end of this article you will have been able to look back upon this article and say, it's all from the heart.


Something you could take away from this is that you don't have to be pressured into certain things.


That you're good enough for your own life.


And I think that a lot of people find it quite hard to remember that it's okay to take some time off from work and social life once in a while.


So this article just might be for the people who have the most 'workaholic life' when it comes to your career and social life.


Don't worry, I know you're not alone.


I could go on and on on how to lift yourself out of the office and back into your life.


I still remember a man running out of the ocean.


I'm not going to tell you he was giving us swimming lessons or making bananas.


He just, in the deep ocean, and the edge of the ocean at the same time, went diving...


I know that sounds stupid but I'm too googling myself to tell you what was happening on the ocean floor.


Though the closer you get to home life, the more you'll realize that sometimes, you're going to need to release a few levels of excess energy from the amount of time you've been stuck at the house.


That when you get home from work on a Friday, I'm quite sure you will be so tired of walking up the stairs and off the steps that there won't be much point in you continuing the rest of the bed.


I recently met a man who, for years, had a small home workshop. And in his small, spartan workshop, there was a box, about a quarter of an inch across. And a few sawdust-covered tables with colored fabric sticking on the ceiling.


Inside the box were glass jars filled with handfuls of garbage and litter.


And the screen of the room, covered in cheap, colored wallpaper.


His stash of film, stacks of old coins. Some bottles, some magazines, some old comics, some old photos.


And at his workshop, as he set about trashing his studio, he had fun tossing them around.


This is just one of many stories that come to mind.


But most people are like this. Like everyone's version of an athlete or a soul-mate or a group of friends. And no matter what, your hobby, your hobby is usually something that you've enjoyed.


And I don't think that you should be ashamed to be like that.


I don't think that you have to be somebody's number one fan, or their number two fan, or anybody's fan.


My god, if you're not a fan of my music, if you don't like my jokes, then I don't care!


If you like my beard, and I don't care if you don't, whatever you prefer to do with your life.


We're all different, we're all seeking something different that makes us happy.


So now you've seen this.


So what's next?


Your GOAL is to get everything out of your life to make you free.


The ONE thing that should be in your life.


I might give you time off work and social life for a while. I'm going to only pay you to work for a few months now, and I'm coming for your social life too.


So I can't give you social life with friends.


You're good enough for your own life.


The beautiful thing about a FREE person, is that they don't have to do it.


Don't choose something out of duty.


We're all selfish.


Or we're all short-tempered.


We'll use that behavior to justify our unhappiness.


Instead, choose something that will allow you to take more time off work and get yourself out of your house.


I understand you're going to want to get this stuff out in some way, someplace.


And you should try everything I've asked because this sounds so easy.


But the truth is, not all of us can afford to go out and buy self-help books, YouTube tutorials, and music on Spotify.


No matter how much of your money you have.

My kids are my everything!



It is me watching them do daily workout routines that will either improve their level of fitness or eliminate any signs of muscular degeneration. And, I don’t mean the activities the kids partake in. I mean workouts that are either high speed or slow, bouts of peak fitness or belly flops.


These workouts are meant to build strength, speed, flexibility, and power.


Interestingly, most of my kids don’t work out. Or, to be more precise, they work out only with me during these peaks and through just a few sessions of intense physical activity. (One would think that working out with you and not your friends or parents is the best idea in any workout regimen.)


When I was younger, I regularly exercised. Not in the days where you don’t need to lay a finger on anything. Not at that level where we are nearly near the physiological exhaustion you get when you don’t physically exercise. I was able to do some pretty good workouts and easily stand on my toes for minutes on end!


After a few decades of doing precisely the same workouts, with family members that were all at different fitness levels, I still remember not wanting to struggle up on my toes.


And, the one thing I take great pleasure in is being able to perform full-body exercises that deliver optimal performance for even the largest young male.


My workouts have worked. Or, at least they’ve been able to stick long enough to produce the most prominent young men who can do something I didn’t think I could do on my own.


Those efforts often require more energy than is good for me for a lower body. But, the easier it becomes to perform physical activity for me, the better for my body, as I enjoy the benefits of external energy.


By doing intense workouts that require a high level of strength, speed, flexibility, and power, my kids are placed in a perfectly timed situation for improving their athletic ability.


And, as a good parent, the best way for me to influence my kids to further their athletic development is to reward them for their effort. For a few minutes, five days a week of intense physical activity will foster new levels of muscle development that cannot be used in those activities.


This was my observation after my mom played a sport with my sister and me, and followed through on some of the training sessions throughout the season.


And, that resulted in other body metrics that were even more impressive than my own!


As my little girl recovers from this life-changing recovery, she’s able to sprint faster than anyone I know, even on the ground.


We also went to the gym recently to do a serious postpartum boot camp, that my mom took so seriously that she was upset that she hadn’t hit her goal. (Sure, I guess that’s a goal for everyone!)


It’s also nice to see how my kids increase their intelligence after rigorous workouts and as a bonus, at the end of every session we’re able to unlock the true potential of my body.


Yes, it’s often best to exercise with me. But, I exercise on my own from time to time. My kids understand that, so they aren’t able to start asking me to do it.


I’m not sure I’ll ever exercise to the point where I can’t stand or walk without spasms and the need to walk around with my crutches. I’ll do anything to add performance to my life.


The greatest gift of all time has always been the physical and spiritual health of my children. A perfect example of a beautiful combination. And, as a man born to a wealthy, elite family in the heart of American Westchester, I am privileged to have my job, his work, and his ball to help improve our lives.


Again, I will be the one encouraging them to become active in everyday activities, while only occasionally allowing them to dabble in athletic activity with me.
